Prepare to reset a forgotten password

Set up your password recovery options while you can still sign in to LaunchPad. You can use them later to reset your password if you forget it.

ℹ️ Your ClassLink Administrator determines which password recovery options are available to you.

Step 1: Open Profile Settings

On your LaunchPad home page, click your profile picture, then click Settings.

Step 2: Choose a recovery option

Click the Recovery tab, then click the card for the option you want to set up. A slide-over opens.

Step 3: Complete and save your information

Follow the prompts for your selected option:

  • Mobile Phone or Email: Enter your information and complete the verification prompts.
  • Questions: Choose your recovery questions and enter your answers before saving.
