Forgot your password? Start here
If your school system allows password resets and you’ve already set up password recovery, you can reset your password from your school’s ClassLink login page.
⚠️ Password recovery comes first
You’ll need to have set up password recovery before using it to reset a forgotten password. If you haven’t, contact your school for help.
If you’re still signed in, follow Set up password recovery options to prepare for next time.

Reset your password
- Open your school’s ClassLink login page and click Help, I forgot my password.
- Enter your username. If your school requires a code, enter it too. Click the checkmark button.
- Follow the on-screen prompts for your recovery method. You may need to answer your security questions, enter a code sent by SMS text, or use email to reset your password.
- Enter your new password, enter it again to confirm, then click the checkmark button.
Your password is reset! Use your new password the next time you sign in.
✅ Don’t see the reset link?
Your school system may not allow you to reset your password on your own. If the link is missing or you still can’t sign in, contact your school’s IT department for help.
ClassLink Administrators: Follow Enable password reset with Active Directory to enable password resets for students and staff.
